We’d like our guests to enjoy quality time w/ their loved ones indoors and out. A quintessential, family-friendly space with nature just out the front door. Across the street is the start to a beautiful hiking trail w/ sunset views. Located between Lake Arrowhead & Big Bear - 10 mins to Snow Valley, 15 mins to Arrowhead Village, 30 mins to Bear Mountain and lake. The space Downstairs is a full bath, mudroom w/ washer and dryer, full kitchen and dining area that is open to the living room w/ fireplace. Outside the large sliding glass doors is a deck w/ a grill and outdoor seating around a gas fire pit. Upstairs has both bedrooms and a full bath w/ deep soaking tub. Off the 2nd bedroom is a deck w/ hot tub and direct access to driveway. *Exterior Outlet available for EV Charging. Charging Cords not provided. Guests must bring their own.
