House with sunny terrace & heated* swimming pool

1-bedroom house located inside a small farm. 8 km from the beach, 11 km from Ericeira, 30 minutes from Sintra and Lisbon. The house is ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. The pool is shared but only with two other houses (one of them with a private pool) and with the owners... who from time to time are also entitled to a dip :)) that is, there are never too many people!! * In winter or colder months the water temperature in both pools don't go higher than 22-24 degrees The space Located in an agricultural but also residential area, quiet area but just minutes from everything. Guest access This house features a very sunny terrace facing the small woods. At arrival we need to collect the Touristic Tax. The city council of Mafra have a mandatory occupancy tax that has to be payed in cash at the check-in ( 2,40€ per person per night from 1st may to 31 October, and 1,20€ from 1st November to 31st of April, only in the first 7 days of the stay ). Children under 12 are free of charge. Other things to note Please be aware in advance that: - Since January 2019, the city council of Mafra have a mandatory occupancy tax that has to be payed in cash at the check-in ( 2,50€ per person per day from 1st may to 31 October, and 1,20€ from 1st November to 31st of April, in the first 7 days of the stay ). Children under 12 are free of charge. - According to the Portuguese law that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices, at check-in we are obliged to ask you for your personal details (such as home address and identity number / passport ) to send them to SEF, our Immigration and Borders Services within 3 days after your arrival. - If you are arriving in a late flight, please let us know in advance so we can arrange according your needs, the best check in !
