Perched on a cliff overlooking the sea, your house faces west for spectacular sunsets over the water. The open design of the house takes advantage of the trade winds for a comfortable, breezy stay. The plunge pool is for your use exclusively. Located in a newly built, gated community, the house is safe and secure and just a short walk to the beach. The house is a duplex with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on one side and a single bedroom/bath on the other. Contact the owners to rent both sides at once. The space Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for ultimate privacy. The fully equipped kitchen/living room is large and spacious but the covered back deck is undoubtedly where you'll spend the majority of your time. There is a dining table, chairs and hammock on the deck and lounge chairs at the cliff's edge so you have many choices of where to spend your time relaxing.
