Denmark Harewood Hideaway Cottage 15mins from town

Located on 50 acres with a picturesque dam this 2 bed, 1 bathroom cottage is perfect for a couple or small family. Peaceful surroundings and pet friendly, it has everything you need for your next rural retreat. Just off the main tourist route, close to wineries and the Alpaca farm you are only 15 minutes from Denmark town or the local beaches including Greens Pool. The space The cottage has been recently renovated, includes new furnishings and everything you need to cook up a storm or cosy up in front of the fire. Lots of space to take long walks with gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside, meet the cows or chat with our curious alpacas. Families with children and pets should be aware there is a larger unfenced dam close to the cottage as well as cattle and alpacas behind electric fences. There are also 2 other unfenced dams on the property. We recommend your pets are on a leash and under your control when on the property. There is a fenced yard area behind the cottage for your own use and a large fenced area for kids and pets just opposite the cottage. The cottage sleeps 4 with a maximum of 3 adults. If you have a larger group send us an enquiry for the nearby 3 x 2 house which sleeps up to 8. There may be the owners in the nearby house or maintaining the grounds. The fences are electrified for cattle and alpacas on the property further back behind the main area for guests. Please keep pets under control (preferably on a lead) at all times. Other things to note Please be mindful of the unfenced dam, electrified fences and cattle/alpacas in the paddocks. This is a rural property and you are free to wander the entire property grounds but please close any gate you open. We are pet friendly but ask that you don’t allow pets on the bedding or furniture or leave unattended in the cottage. There are several fenced areas but out of respect for our neighbours, if you know your dog/s will be upset if you go out, please don’t leave them alone to bark.
