Private, comfortable, cute 450 sq ft studio with a plush queen bed, queen sleeper-sofa, well-equipped kitchenette (single burner hot plate and mini fridge), lounge area, dining area/workspace, and separate garden space with a picnic table. It has a full bathroom with a closet equipped with plenty of hangers. It is a perfect home-base for enjoying a beautiful neighborhood highlighted by White Rock Lake, The Dallas Arboretum, and easy access to Downtown, Uptown, and Deep Ellum. The space is completely private. The bed area has bedside tables with several outlets for charging and a white noise machine. The studio has a kitchenette (induction cooking stove, panini press/gridle, toaster oven, kitchenware, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, plates, napkins, silverware, coffee maker). Coffee, creamer, tea, filtered water, olive oil, salt and pepper are provided. There is a full bathroom with plenty of towels, soaps, shampoos, cotton swabs, and a hair dryer. Large closet with several hangers, iron, ironing board, and extra bed linens. The studio includes a mounted smart TV and access to local channels, Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube. The TV can rotate to face the bed, lounge, and kitchenette areas. WIFI is continuously available. Small guide pamphlet highlighting our favorite Dallas destinations. Street parking is available. self-check in We are going to be available all day through text messages or calls. We typically respond within the hour, if not sooner. We love to meet new people and enjoy inviting guest to join us for a walk, run, a drink or some food, but beyond that, we wish to provide guest with maximum privacy and minimal interference from us. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog, it is important to add your pet into the cost of the reservation or you can let us know and we will send you a fee request separately. Thanks! White rock lake is very close (12 mins walking); it has access to bike/pedestrian trail network that connects almost the entire Dallas area. If you are adventurous you can get to Deep Ellum and Downtown riding a bike! Uber can also take you to Downtown within ~18 mins, Deep Ellum ~16 mins and Uptown ~19 mins. Charming pubs and restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. Easy access to NorthPark mall (which also doubles as an art museum) and the Galleria Dallas. Beautiful 30 minute walk to the White Rock Lake metro (DART) station. Several bus stops in close walking distance. Easy area for Uber pickups. Easy access to an expansive bicycle trail network.
