It has a full bathroom with a closet equipped with plenty of hangers. It is a perfect home-base for enjoying a beautiful neighborhood highlighted by White Rock Lake, The Dallas Arboretum, and easy access to Downtown, Uptown, and Deep Ellum. The space The space is completely private. The bed area has bedside tables with several outlets for charging and a white noise machine. The studio has a kitchenette (induction cooking stove, panini press/gridle, toaster oven, kitchenware, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, plates, napkins, silverware, coffee maker). Coffee, creamer, tea, filtered water, olive oil, salt and pepper are provided. There is a full bathroom with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Large closet with several hangers, iron, ironing board, and extra bed linens. The studio includes a mounted smart TV and access to local channels, Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube.
