The HVAC controls are in the owners unit but can be adjusted to your preference with a quick message! The fireplace is non working pending replacement which is to take place in 2024. We cannot accommodate any animals whatsoever as the unit regularly serves as guest quarters for the hosts family, one of which has severe pet allergies.
