Teton Valley outdoor recreation is calling and our spacious home is the perfect basecamp for your adventures. Relax in the private hot tub w/ stunning views of Grand Targhee and the Teton mountains. This new 5-bedroom, 3-bath home is well-appointed and is conveniently located just outside Grand Teton & Yellowstone National Parks. The secluded backyard is fenced in and boasts lovely park views w/ the Tetons behind. We are just minutes from Ski Hill Rd, downtown Driggs, and Grand Targhee Resort. Spectacular Teton Mountain views are out every east-facing window and door, plus Big Hole Mountain views from the front yard. We've spent many an evening on the patio watching the sunset on the snowy peaks and we know you'll savor those moments too. This brand-new home is fully furnished with high-end modern amenities and your group will have everything you need to come and go with ease. There are device charging stations in every room. You'll enjoy two separate living areas with TVs and couches in each so that your group can split up however you need to. Downstairs, there are games and activities for everyone to enjoy. The private hot tub on the patio at the home is serviced between each and every guest. Like the rest of the home, we always want the hot tub experience to be spectacular for all guests. Additional Sleeping: inflatable mattress OUTDOOR LIVING Relax in the fully fenced-in patio and backyard with stunning mountain and park views. Behind and adjacent to the house is a large green space and park (we don't have many neighbors!). During the winter it is groomed for cross-country skiing. We love seeing the sunrise pierce through the Grand Teton in the morning and then watch the sun fade into sunset on the Tetons in the evenings. As you soak in those views, enjoy the fire pit and umbrella patio heater while grilling on the Traeger. In the summer, we have lawn games available: corn hole, croquet, huge Jenga, etc. In the winter, we love playing those games in the garage. INDOOR LIVING Get cozy inside in front of the fireplace and QLED Smart TV in the *upstairs* living room, dining table, leather couches, local art pieces, Wi-Fi included, Bluetooth audio in the main room, TVs in four bedrooms. The *downstairs* living area is the Map Room and it features a 75" QLED Smart TV with a leather sectional and other seating. Enjoy spirited matches of foosball while listening to your favorite music via Bluetooth audio from the soundbar. KITCHEN Cook and prepare your meals with ease enjoying mountain views out the back sliding door. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, electric range, center island/breakfast bar, cooking essentials, spice rack, utensils & knives, coffeemakers (french press and traditional drip coffee machine), coffee grinder, tea kettle, complimentary coffee/tea available MAIN BEDROOM SUITE Lovely eastern Teton views, huge adjustable king bed, soft linens, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, Smart TV, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, bidet-equipped toilet in its own room, separate closet, private shower. We let guests enjoy the home on their own. Yet, we have a full team available 24/7 to help out as needed. Pets (up to 2) are allowed with a non-refundable $150 fee per pet. 50lb weight limit. Just a heads up, although it may seem like a new listing, we have actually shifted to a local property manager in Driggs to look after our home and guests. HOT TUB CARE & PEACE OF MIND Your relaxation comes first. Unlike many vacation rentals, our hot tub is fully drained, thoroughly cleaned, and refilled with fresh water before every guest's arrival. This extra step ensures a consistently clean, sanitary soaking experience—so you can unwind, enjoy the mountain views, and relax with complete confidence. Included with your stay: STAY PROTECTION Travel with peace of mind knowing your stay includes coverage for accidental damage. We believe your time here should be relaxed, comfortable, and worry-free. If any are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. :: Please turn all exterior lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley. :: Please drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. :: Maximum of four (4) licensed vehicles in the driveway and garages. :: No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. :: Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. :: No fireworks on the premises. :: Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. :: Max 2 Pets. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately. :: Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. Pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. :: Owners must pick up outside after their pet. We appreciate you picking up after them in consideration of future guests. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. :: Hot Tub. All guests must clean off in the shower/bath before every use of the hot tub. DO NOT get in the hot tub dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee. We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and, most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member in your group. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules with no refund given. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws.
