Stay in style at our colorful 2-bedroom 1930’s shingle home in walking distance from downtown fun. Unwind by indoor fireplace or stream with fast wifi. Amenities Full kitchen w/ coffee. Bedrooms Queen Full Plus two full-sized futons in LR/Den Washer / Dryer in basement The space This property is behind the green door. Your door code will not work on the red doors. Door codes expire at 11 am on the morning of your checkout. This is the larger unit, with the extension in back. A washer and dryer are in the basement. Half the basement has my long-term storage items. The yard and patios are shared with the guest in the other half. The fireplace requires you to open the flue. The handle is inside the fireplace. It will not draw correctly in warm weather. This has two floor and a basement. Shower/bath is upstairs. Guest access You have use of the yard and patio and front porch. You share those spaces with myself or other guests. The driveway in the back and the parking pad on the side are available for guests. The basement holds the washer and dryer, but I do have lots of items in storage on the other side of a curtain. Please do not disturb these things. Other things to note You must open the flue to use the fireplace. Do not use in hot weather. It won’t draw right unless it is cool outside. Guests will be liable for smoke damage.
