Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a park view.  An outdoor swimming pool of 32 m2 can be heated which is a great option for those coming in the preseason and in the postseason. We offer pool heating in April, May and October. If guests want pool heating in those months, the price is €150 per week. The pool waterfall attracts special attention and offers additional refreshments. 8 beach chairs, 2 sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower surround the pool. The summer kitchen with grill comes with an outdoor dining area for 10 people. Here you can enjoy warm nights in Istria with your family and try delicious meat and fish. If you need a chef, we can arrange it.  Billiard and table tennis are at your disposal and will be great for sports lovers. Children can play in the garden protected by a wall.
