The main level features 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 full bathroom with hot jetted tub for 2, living, full dining and a gourmet kitchen with nook seating. The kitchen nook space has multiple outlets and is work friendly. The lower level features an eclectic 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 full bathroom, living / kitchenette with a full daybed and a twin trundle bed, washer & dryer. The third level features 1 bedroom (queen), 1 full bathroom with a tub, living/dining with a sofa bed and kitchenette. The second level has 3 bedrooms. (1) A King-sized bedroom with a walk in closet, attached full bathroom with heated floors and a large steam room easily accommodating 4-5 people (2) a second bedroom with a queen sized bed and (3) a third bedroom with a full bed and two twin bunk beds for kids/adults alike. A full bathroom serves the second and third bedroom space. High-speed WIFI is available on all 4 levels. Dedicated work spaces sprinkled all over the space with adequate outlets and lighting from the main bedroom, kitchen nook space and entrance. Heat from Radiators and central air. The lower level and 3rd level have 65-inch large TVs for your viewing experience while the main level bedroom has its own smaller TV. The place has a spa feel with art from local artists, a fully stocked kitchen and a chef host to personalize your dining / wine tasting experiences. The home will be featured in a movie by a local artist in June of 2023 and also in ads for famous brands. The dining space has seating for 8 in the main level dining room, and 8 in the large nook space in the open kitchen. The lower level and 3rd level spaces have their own attached kitchenettes and dining. All beds have comfortable mattresses with cozy pillows and sheets. We do not use bleach in our laundry cleaning. Plenty of beach towels are available for your use. The Lakes home is 2.4 miles to convention center, and is walking distance to uptown's restaurants, theaters, grocery stores both upscale and midscale, bars, music. We are central and close to every amenity twin city has to offer. Minneapolis is a beautiful city year-round, and we invite you to come enjoy it in all seasons. Depending on the season, we work with our corporate and other guests in helping organize fun events and experiences. Spring / Summer / Autumn are big on biking experiences, plenty of water sports, golfing, enjoying the city and its events. Winter time is for Ice fishing, snowboarding, skiing on Lake Bde Maka Ska or just enjoying this idyllic home with its Steam room and Shuffleboard playing with friends/family. We are 2.4 miles from convention center and 1.7 miles to Walker museum and downtown. If you are planning to have a night in uptown, we would recommend just walking based on your comfort levels Contact host for 1 night stays. We will try to accommodate conditions permitting. We will also try top accommodate early check in 1 to possibly 2 hours in advance based on guest request. Anything earlier will require a $150 per hour additional charge.
