Located in the heart of Carolina beach, Pearl Paradise is a BRAND NEW townhome and only 2 blocks (3 min walk) from the beach. Driver needs to be 25 years or older. The space Brand new modern townhome with high end furniture. 2 blocks from the beach with easy beach access. GOLF CART INCLUDED. All other times available for rent at additional charge if interested! Essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, linens and pillows included. Outdoor shower and two deck areas. Plenty of beach chairs and beach accessories. On the ground floor, there is a private space with a king bedroom, full bath and kitchenette. Two more bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor (one king bed and one queen bed). The final queen bedroom is located on the third floor adjacent to the kitchen & living room space. Every bedroom comes with its own full bathroom! The house has two additional twin trifold memory foam mattresses that can sleep two additional adults. Decks are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Internet and WiFi: Fast wireless internet with triband mesh WiFi (Speeds pictured). Password and access provided at check-in. Kitchen: Fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, cookware, cutting boards and spices Miscellaneous We will provide you with a few tide pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and K-cups and tea for your first morning's coffee. This will get you started on your first day before a grocery store run. Finally, a propane grill is available but guests will need to purchase a propane tank. Can be purchased at Carolina Petro, only a few blocks down from the house. Other things to note For clarity, the checkout instructions sent to all guests are as follows: 1) Load all dirty dishes and start dishwasher prior to departure. 2) Return all beach accessories (boogie boards, beach chairs, toys, etc) and bicycles to their proper locations in the garage. 3) Place all garbage in the provided large trash bags and place all trash and recycling in the large bins situated outside the house. Please roll the bins to the curb for trash & recycling pick up. 4) Conduct a final check to ensure you haven’t forgotten anything 5) Lock all main doors and windows and ensure the garage is closed prior to departure. 6) If you used the golf cart, please park the golf cart in the garage & plug the charger into the golf cart
