Enjoyment begins the moment you step in; with a delightful countryside ambiance, stunning sunset views, and playful areas for little ones. Farm Features: Situated on an expansive 8-acre horse boarding farm. Enjoy the charm of a pear orchard, a small pond, and a whimsical playhouse. Antique décor reflecting the character of farm life. Accommodations: Cow Room: Primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, a large master bath featuring a soaking tub, and a dual sink vanity. Chicken Room: Twin beds and a closet. Horse Room: Queen bed and a closet. Pig Pen: Twin bunk beds with ample closet space. Loft: Includes twin trundle beds in the main area, a reading nook, and a queen bed in a separate bedroom with a TV and ensuite bath/shower. Child-Friendly Loft: Equipped with a play area featuring toys like trains, dolls, and a crafting table. Access and Parking: Entry with a distinct route to the house marked by a "Sundance Circle" sign. Ample parking on the far side of the house for guest use. Nearby Attractions: Downtown Sumner offers quaint shopping, dining, and access to local farms. Close proximity to large retailers and fresh produce markets. Pet Policy & House Rules: Unfortunately pets are not allowed at the house. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, with potential for 18 upon early notification (fees apply). Thoroughly maintaining a peaceful atmosphere, parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guest access There are two entrances to the property but only entrance to the house. The first entrance there is an old chevy truck with a "Sundance Circle" sign. This is the entrance to the horse boarding facility. Drive further down the street to the house entrance turning at the mailbox to drive to the house. Parking is at the far side of the house. The house is at the end of a dead end road so it is very quiet. Downtown Sumner is only a couple of miles away with great shopping and restaurants to eat at. Other things to note The house sleeps up to 16. We can accommodate up to 18 with an air mattress and a spare twin in the loft but we must be notified in advance. Price for each guest over 16 is $25/person/day. NO PARTIES are allowed. No loud music. We do allow for family gatherings and want to accommodate where we can. There is an additional fee for this up to $100/gathering. Please inquire about any large gathering of guests during the day.
