Other things to note We welcome families, mature groups & bachelorettes. IMPORTANT: Maximum 12 guests (including visitors) permitted on the property at any given time. Overnight guests must not exceed the number specified on the reservation. We do not allow parties, events or ‘gatherings’ of any kind. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the house rules, please inquire before booking. Pets are subject to approval and must be registered. For your safety and security, exterior cameras are installed around the property. We have a Minut noise sensor inside the home. The noise sensor does NOT record audio/video, or store any information. This sensor helps us maintain the peaceful, quiet atmosphere of the neighbourhood as the neighbours are sensitive to noise. Should your group set off the noise monitor (particularly after 11PM), you'll get a quick note from us to ensure everything stays in check.
