Secured building with intercom An amazing beach view...you feel like you're sitting on the beach while on the sofa PARKING Metered street parking is available directly in front of the apartment on Ramsgate Ave, with 2-hour free parking available between 8am - 10pm on the surrounding streets. Alternatively, free street parking can be found on Wallis Parade, Military Road or Blair Street. You may apply for a short term residents permit to park out front day/ night . The short term residents permit is easiest to obtain from The Bondi Pavilion .  - Short-Term Visitor Parking Permit (30 days). - Daily Visitor Permit (10 daily passes). They will issue it to you on the spot. You will need ID, proof of rental ( Airbnb confirmation) and the car registration number.  For rental cars getting a permit can only be done after the car is collected. Free all night parking is also available on all streets from 10pm. *Please be advised that fire safety measures and upgrades will be carried out on the building in April and May 2026, primarily on the sides of the building.
