The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, this charming 45 m² flat in Villarembert, within walking distance of the ski station, can accommodate up to 5 people (ideal for 3 adults and 2 children). Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony with views of the slopes. We're waiting for you! The space The south-facing flat is composed as follows: - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area. - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: bunk beds (sleeps 2) - Bedroom 3: single bed - Bathroom with shower. - Separate WC. Outside : - A balcony of about 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days and the view. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the resort Le Corbier, in a very pleasant and quiet environment among the first buildings of the resort. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - You will have many activities: alpine skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flight, sledging, dog sled rides, visit of famous passes (Croix de fer, Glandon, Iseran, Mont cenis)... - Numerous ESF activities, welcome drink with music, HARIBO sled race, human curling, visit to a farm at 300 meters, visit to a confectionery at 200 meters, visit to the snail farm at 15 minutes by car, torchlight parade. - The resort has been labeled "Family Plus" since 2006 with activities adapted to all ages. - Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the peaks on horseback, outdoor swimming pool in the resort open in summer and winter with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, lake and swimming in the valley... - Outings by tourist bus from Le Corbier (Italy, Annecy, Mont Blanc etc.) Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the apartment. As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bus: During the winter a bus (free) to the center of the resort. During the openings of the station, a bus allows to join the station of Saint Jean de Maurienne. - During the summer a small tourist train. - Nearest train station: Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne train station located at about 25 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère airport located at about 2h00 by car. Other remarks : - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in supplement (rent and payment to be made with our partner on the spot). Price : comforter cover kit for 2 persons 19 €; comforter cover kit for 1 person 15 €; towel kit (1 large 1 small) 9 €. - Baby equipment can be rented from our local service provider (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). - The accommodation does not have Wifi. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and the Conciergerie des Etoiles (concierge / stewardship service). Other things to note The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed.
