This farm has been part of our family for generations, and since 2004 it has welcomed guests as the Homestead Retreat. Our cozy 2-bedroom farmhouse guesthouse sits on 80 private acres of our family farm, complete with a spring-fed one-acre fishing lake, a ½-mile nature trail for hiking, and plenty of room to roam. Bring the kids. Bring the dog.($50/pet fee) Bring the people you love most. The whole farm is yours to enjoy. Start your morning with coffee on the big covered porch, spend the afternoon fishing from the dock, pedaling across the lake, or hiking the nature trail, and end the evening around the bonfire under a sky full of stars. And when you’re ready for a little river town fun, downtown Grafton is just two miles away with wineries, restaurants, shops, and live music. The Homestead Hangout Looking for a place to gather and relax? The Homestead Hangout is perfect for family time, featuring ping pong, foosball, and a cozy sofa that practically invites you to curl up with a good book. Forgot to bring one? No problem—we’ve stocked a small library for guests. And if you fall in love with a book before finishing it, feel free to take it home. Take a walk out to Hedge Apple Point and snap a photo with “The Three Sisters.” After sunset, grab a flashlight and head to Starry Nights, where the sky opens up in a way you rarely see anymore. Before turning in, write a wish on a bead and hang it on the Wishing Tree. There are creeks, pastures, trails and a huge pond full of fish (catch and release only) and a paddle boat for your use. We are always creating new experiences for our guests. Don't be surprised if you are surprised! Other things to note If bringing your dog, please make sure to add them when making your reservation. We do not have a weight restriction but would appreciate notification if you have a large dog.
