Natural lake vegetation (like milfoil) is common in this area once you go beyond our cleaned area. We participate in a state-permitted weed harvesting program that begins each early summer to help keep the weeds down and lake navigable. Floating weeds may occasionally drift to shore — a skimmer net is available for optional cleanup during your stay. 🔥 Outdoor Living Relax on the paver patio featuring a large open-flame firepit grill — perfect for evenings by the water. A bar cabinet is stocked with all the tools needed for cocktails. Please note: We do not provide spices, oils, or condiments to ensure safety and quality between guests. Please bring your favorites or shop nearby. Parking in private driveway (plenty of room for multiple cars). Full access to the property except for a few locked closets and storage areas. 📋 Things to Know 🚫 Maximum of 10 guests (strictly enforced due to septic system capacity) 🐾 No pets allowed 👥 Primary renter must be 25 years or older 💧 Home is on a well water system — please be mindful of water usage 🔥 Firewood available for purchase: Summer: $50/week Fall: $10/day Winter: $15/day 📷 Ring doorbell camera located at front door, facing the street only (no other cameras on property). Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Parking notes: Parking in driveway Other things to note THINGS TO KNOW: We ask that you never exceed 10 people in the home day or night. The septic/well system was not designed for a heavy work load. We will ask excess guest to leave immediately. 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a paddleboat along with 4 life vests are available for guest use. Personal boats and rentals are permitted to dock on the property. We can accommodate boats at our dock. However, we live north of the float bridge which has limited clearance. You can navigate it with pontoon boats, just have the canopy down. You will not be able to bring a wakeboard boat.
