Enjoy a 50' x 50' cleared swim area with over 2,500 sq. ft. of open water that is perfect for swimming and paddling. Explore the lake with 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 1 pedal boat, and 4 life vests provided for your adventures. As with many Lake Bomoseen homes, natural vegetation may be present beyond the cleared swim area, especially later in the season. We participate in a permitted weed-harvesting program each summer to help keep the waterfront more enjoyable and navigable. 🔥 Outdoor Living Relax on the paver patio by the large firepit after a day on the water. Fire up the propane grill on the deck and enjoy meals with beautiful lake views. Unwind on the cushioned lounge seating while taking in peaceful sunsets and the beauty of lake life. Firewood is available for purchase with seasonal pricing. 🏡 The Space Spanning 3,850 sq. ft. across three floors, this bright and spacious home offers: • Two inviting living areas (main floor and lower level) • Smart TVs and a cozy wood-burning fireplace • A/C units or mini-splits in every bedroom for comfort 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements Main floor: 1 bedroom + full bathroom Upstairs: 3 bedrooms + full bathroom Lower level: Half bathroom + large game/family room 👩‍🍳 Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, baking gear, serving dishes, and more — everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together. A bar cabinet is stocked with tools for cocktails and entertaining. Please note: we do not provide spices, oils, or condiments to ensure freshness and consistency between guests. Play world-class virtual courses, sharpen your swing on the range, or enjoy the space as a theater and hangout lounge complete with: • Large screen for movies and streaming • Comfortable lounge seating • Bar countertop with mini-fridge • Space for additional games and entertainment This one-of-a-kind amenity has quickly become a guest favorite and helps set the home apart from most Vermont lake rentals. 🔐 Guest Access & Entry Self check-in via secure keypad. Parking is available in the private driveway with plenty of room for multiple cars. Guests have full access to the property except for a few locked closets and storage areas. 📋 Things to Know 🚫 Maximum of 10 guests due to septic system capacity 🐾 No pets 👤 Primary renter must be 25 or older 💧 Home is on a well water system, so thoughtful water use is appreciated 🔥 Firewood available for purchase: Summer: $50/week Fall: $10/day Winter: $15/day 📷 Ring doorbell camera located at the front door facing the street only. No other cameras are on the property. We want your stay to be unforgettable. Guest access Guests will have access to entire property with exception of locked closets/shed for homeowners items. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. Parking notes: Parking in driveway Other things to note 📋 THINGS TO KNOW: 🚫 The home has a strict maximum of 10 guests at any time, day or night. This limit is due to the capacity of the septic and well systems. Any excess guests will be asked to leave immediately. 🛶 Guests are welcome to enjoy 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 1 pedal boat, and 4 life vests during their stay. 🚤 Personal boats and rentals may be docked at the property. Our dock can accommodate boats, but please note that we are located north of the float bridge, which has limited clearance. Pontoon boats can typically pass through with the canopy down, but wake boats will not fit.
