The property is in a perfect location, just a 1-minute drive from 2 supermarkets and less than 5 minutes from the beaches of São Rafael, Praia da Coelha, Praia do Castelo and Praia do Evaristo. The space Inside the villa is beautifully decorated throughout and includes fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, one double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor balcony of Patroves Ranch is a seating area with a table perfect for enjoying the view of the sea. Outside the villa has a fully fenced/walled garden offering full privacy and an outdoor pool. Less than 5 minutes from the beaches of São Rafael, Praia da Coelha, Praia do Castelo and Praia do Evaristo. Please note, there is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage). Please note, any additional guests would sleep on a Z bed with a supplement cost of £150 per person.
