Guest access We use smart locks with a code programmed for you on the day of your arrival. We offer contact-less check in, but because we live in the neighborhood, we're available to greet you at the property, if requested. Guests have full access to the entire home, besides the owner's area in the garage. Upon booking, a guidebook which includes a house manual and local recommendations will be sent to you. Reminders: -NO SMOKING anywhere in home or garage -NO PARTIES, observe county quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM -NO PETS, sorry, we're unable to host animals due to allergies -Minimum age to book: 25 years old -Maximum # of guests: 8, including children -Security cameras on premises, exterior only -Please review house manual for best practices Other things to note Trash days are Monday and Thursday. Please pull the large blue labeled "Waste Connections" the evening before to ensure pick-up. Lawn maintenance usually takes place on Thursdays or Fridays. They're only there for 10-15 minutes. Host may need to access the exterior of the property for grounds maintenance (watering plants, bringing trash to curb if guest forgets, balancing hot tub chemicals, etc.)
