Parking is on the ground floor, and you will have a reserved parking spot dedicated to you during your stay. Please carefully review our check-in instructions and park in your assigned spot only. While we’ll do our best to accommodate early check-in, it is not guaranteed and depends on the day’s cleaning schedule. ✔To request early check-in: 📩 Please message us at least 1 day in advance 🚫 Luggage drop-off is not available before check-in or after check-out. However, convenient luggage storage services are available in downtown San Jose for a minimal fee. Feel free to explore downtown while you wait! ★ EXTENSION / ALTERATION POLICY ★ ✔ Extensions: Extensions are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on both availability and updated pricing at the time of the request. ✔ Alterations: Alterations such as early checkouts, event cancellations, flight delays, or unexpected emergencies are not eligible for refunds.
