The space Chic and cozy! The house is two stories with two bedrooms and one bath upstairs and one bedroom and a bathroom on the main level. We have an oversized deck off of the first floor with a picnic table, bbq grill, lounge seating, a swing and cafe lights. There is a smaller private deck accessible from the primary bedroom. On the main floor of the house, we have a large living room and dining room with a stone fireplace, smart tv, Bose Bluetooth speaker, and lots of games and toys for adults and kids alike. The main floor also includes an up to date kitchen with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, a bathroom, a laundry room, and a bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen bed and blackout shades to help you rest peacefully all night. Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, smart tv, blackout curtains, and an oversized walk in closet, perfect for longer stays or even setting up our pack and play for your little ones to sleep nearby. Through the sliding doors is a second deck with two Adirondack chairs and a beautiful view of the trees. The second upstairs bedroom features two single beds, kids books and an antique rocking horse. Lastly there is another bathroom with a bathtub on the second floor. Our house is located in Orchard Bay and is just a few minutes walk from the lake, where you can swim in the summer and walk around the beautiful lake path all year long. Orchard Bay gets its name from the dozens of mature apple trees there, which in spring and summer are full of apples for everybody to enjoy! Guest access Entire house Other things to note If you would like lake access please send me the full names and email addresses of anybody over 18 who needs lake access and I’ll add you to the ALA short term rental guest list once you book. You’ll receive an email from the ALA office which you will need to respond to and fill out. Once you are registered you can use our pass hanging near the front door to buzz yourself through the gates to access the lake and various hiking trails.
