The two homes have a park next door, two private decks, two private hot tubs, two 2-car garages, and plenty of space for 16-22 people. Available year round. In addition to this side-by-side Midvale duplex/twin home, there is an additional 3 bedroom home next door secluded in the corner on the end that can also be rented together or separate. When renting all three homes together, you can accommodate 34 people. If you need accommodations for even more people, you have the option of renting 9 total homes in this private community. Renting all the homes together makes for a perfect home base for a family reunion or family gathering for any special occasion, family vacation, 50th wedding anniversary celebration, or a group ski vacation. This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500.
