Each bathroom has heated floors throughout, and has either a walk-in shower or tub/shower combo. On the Water: Explore Fairy Lake with two kayaks & lifejackets provided for your stay. Please put them back on their racks as you found them. Safety First: We provide four life jackets (2 Adult, 2 Youth) to ensure your adventures are as safe as they are fun. Boating & Fishing: Enjoy direct lake access for world-class fishing or docking your own watercraft. 2 Boat ties available. Please play with great care & place the pool table cover on when finished & checked out. - Foosball table so the kids can enjoy some fun too! - Home gym set up with machines for diverse workouts, exercise bike, weight rack & bench and yoga mats as well as a 55 inch smart TV for some extra motivation if needed. - Custom designed games table with Crokinole & other games available - Custom designed kitchen high top table - Custom designed kitchen island extension - Full private bathroom w/walk-in shower, heated floors & custom vanity. Other: - Garage- there is space for up to 2 vehicles in the garage (Spring, Summer, Fall) should you desire access to it. Please indicate this in your messages prior to booking & we will give you the code prior to arrival. - EV charging outlet inside the garage as well should you be arriving in an electric vehicle. - There is a spacious laundry room on the second floor which guests will have access to as well during their stay if needed. All laundry supplies are provided. Guest access Guests will have full access to the main floor, second floor, basement & all outdoor amenities at the property. If guests would like access to the garage for their vehicles please inquire within. Please note that their are neighbours on each side of the property approximately 100ft away. Other things to note **First & foremost, we are required by the town of Huntsville to obtain a short term rental license to operate this Airbnb for a maximum of 10 people total. The license can be found in the front entryway window of the house.** Please note the following house rules & other notes about the property. Failure to comply with any of these house rules will result immediate removal from the property without refund & monetary penalties as outlined below. - Strict No Party/Event policy in place. Fines starting at $1000 for breaking this rule. - Strict No Smoking/Vaping inside the house or garage. If you choose to smoke please smoke outdoors & dispose of cigarette butts & ashes in the provided ashtray. Fines starting at $500 for breaking this rule. - No pets- $500 fine incurred by the guest if rule is broken. - NO extra unauthorized overnight guests. There is a 10 person maximum occupancy. Guests who break this rule will be charged $500. Maximum occupancy is 10 people inclusive of all adults & children. - We ask our guests to take their garbage & recycling & dispose of it in the garage throughout their stay & at check out. There are larger bins in there to make it easy for everyone. Please separate garbage from recycling. Should there be excessive garbage/recycling left by guests there will be a minimum penalty of $500. Excessive waste means anything that overflows the 3 bins of garbage & recycling provided. Guests are also welcome to take all of their waste with them upon check out. - Late Check Out/Early Check in- we always try to accommodate early check in or late check out requests whenever possible. Please reach out with advance notice if requesting. Note that we require more than 24 hours notice for any requests. If guests stay past the agreed upon or listed check out time there will be a penalty starting at $500. - Please do not move any furniture around. - We ask our guests not to eat or drink in any of the beds. If any bedding/linens/towels/pillows/etc are stained guests will be held responsible for covering the cost of anything stained, damaged or ruined. - There are 3 security cameras on the property outdoors. One at the front entrance facing the driveway, and one on each side of the property facing the neighbours. - General tidy up after your stay is appreciated (running the dishwasher, taking garbage/recycling to the garage, general light clean up). Should there be additional cleaning time involved after your stay the guests will be charged accordingly (minimum of $250). - We recommend wearing some water shoes when going in the lake. - We encourage all guests to bring their own bug repellent during spring & summer. - During winter time, there may be times when guests are required to shovel some snow/ice in order to access the hot tub or bbq. Typically the fire pit is unusable during winter months. Liability Statement: - By booking your stay with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks connected with activity using the hot tub, lawn games, and any activity in the surrounding area including waterfront activities & use of kayaks etc. You agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the property management company, the co-hosts, or the owners of the home. This message and your booking with us releases the property management company from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.
