Guests may also use the hot tub and fitness room, which are shared amenity for the use of all building residents and guests. Other things to note Work is now underway on a new restaurant on the ground floor of the building, and there will be periods of disruption—particularly in Building B—with comparatively less disruption expected in Building A (where this unit is). This may include intermittent loud drilling and banging. Construction is scheduled Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. In recognition of the building’s short-term rental use, the contractor has committed to commencing higher-noise activities, such as drilling, after 10:00 a.m. Guests will be advised ahead of time of any higher-noise activities. The project is currently anticipated to be completed in early May. This condo is heated by a geothermal system, so any changes made to the thermostat takes 30-90 minutes to be felt in the home.
