The bedroom consists of 1 KING size bed with a good memory foam mattress. The 2nd and 3rd beds are futon style sofa bed, they measure about 46" wide & 67 " long, they are on the firm side, during the day, they are the 2 blue sofas in living room as shown in photos, at night can be converted to futon sleeper, ok for few nights sleep, may meant for young kids There are four rental units available. All linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a set of beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella.
