The Hogg-Anderson House

Welcome to the Historic Hogg-Anderson House! The Hogg-Anderson house is in one of the best locations for everything in Downtown Wilmington! Free parking is included. We have a private gravel lot behind the house. We are one block to the river and the award-winning riverwalk, and across the street from Bakery 105! You are also within walking distance of all the museums, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The space The main level of the house is home to all of the main living spaces. There's a large dining table off the entrance with plenty of space for having a family meal. The living room at the front of the house centers around the old mantel and includes furniture that is comfortable yet appropriate for the grandeur of the home. The kitchen has been completely updated with all the modern amenities, and includes seating area at the island bar as well as another dining table. Upstairs, you'll find the spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and an additional sitting area with TV for unwinding at the end of the day. You'll love the large porch off the back of the house. Guest access You have access to the entire main house as well as the porch. We do have a guest apartment in the basement of the home that may be rented during your stay, but it has its own completely separate entrance. Other things to note There is parking for two cars located behind the house in a graveled parking area. There may be another car that uses this space if the basement apartment is rented as well.
