Restored large Georgian house with walled garden in center of town. 10 minute walk to the King's Lynn train station, less than 30 minutes drive to the beach! This is a perfect house for extended family to gather with two very large sitting rooms and very large dining table. Complete with two outdoor decks, conservatory, dedicated hang out space with TV, record player and game console (great for teens/older kids). Amazing restaurants, pubs, parks and river dining within walking distance. The space This restored regency house is beautiful and wonky featuring curved walls and a few oddly shaped rooms. It is restored but still old of course with a few creaky floorboards. There is a winding staircase as you enter. In addition to 6 large bedrooms, a large living room, sitting room with a TV, formal dining room, two boot rooms, two stair case landings there is a TV/record room for older kids to hang out (can also be used as a dedicated work space. Guest access There are a few locked closets containing house supplies that will not be available to guests, otherwise the house is completely open to all. Other things to note There are some areas that are hazardous to children to be aware of. The Roman blinds do not feature child safety pulls. This is a three story property so children need to be watched carefully around the stairs. The outside deck can also be a potential safety hazard for children. There can be some noise from the street heard from bedrooms on the street side of the house-This is generally better on the second floor than the first and there are blackout sound dampening blinds to help alleviate this.
