The space If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located apartment in the heart of Montreal on the Plateau, this unit is for you! IMPORTANT: The apartments in this building are located on the first and second floors, and there is no elevator. All our apartments can be booked instantly and come with a customer support team available to answer your questions. Each of our apartments is equipped with bed linens and towels, high-speed wireless Internet **Fiber 940Mbps**, television, air conditioning, toiletries, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Our building is situated on one of the busiest streets in Montreal, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shops, and nightclubs. To help you enjoy the heart of the city without the drawbacks of surrounding noise, we have installed panels on all the windows of the apartment facing Saint-Laurent to isolate the apartment from the noise of the nightlife. *Important to note* While the unit is equipped for comfort, guests should expect normal city sounds, as well as neighboring sounds typical of older buildings, such as occasional noise from the hallway or nearby units. This is part of everyday life in a historic urban neighborhood and is important to consider if you are sensitive to noise. Guest access Located in the heart of downtown, it's very easy to get around our neighborhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Saint-Laurent Street also hosts the MURAL urban art festival (June 5-15, dates vary), the largest of its kind in North America. The atmosphere is vibrant as mural artists from around the world compete with their talent and creativity to create their most stunning works. During this week, Saint-Laurent Street (between Sherbrooke and Mont-Royal) will be pedestrian-only. Please note that parking and vehicle traffic will not be allowed at that time. The nearest metro station to our building is Sherbrooke Station on the orange line (9 minutes on foot). We are also very close to Berri-UQAM Station on the orange, green, and yellow lines (16 minutes on foot), which is very convenient as it connects to three different metro lines. Additionally, there are many bus lines passing through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.), and we are next to Berri Bus Station, the main bus station in Montreal (15 minutes on foot).
