SECOND BEDROOM--L-shaped bunkbed, Twin over Queen. The queen bed can be accessed from either side. Blackout shades. ALL LINENS INCLUDED: -Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and detergent are also provided. BATHROOMS: Newly renovated winter of 2025 Guest access This unit is on the 7th floor. There are 3 high-speed elevators available with minimal wait times even in high-season. You'll have access to the entire condo plus all common areas of the Capri building (indoor pool, sundeck, arcade level, library, vending machine, gym, sauna, tennis court) Once you check in with the building desk, you can enter the unit via smartlock. AGE RESTRICTIONS: All guests in a non-family group must be at least 25 years old. TOWELS-bath towels are provided, but please bring your own pool/beach towels INDOOR POOL: Is open daily 10 am to 10 pm. However, it closes on Thursdays at 6pm for service in high season (memorial day to labor day). During off season, it may need to occasionally close for repairs. I will give as much notice as I can. PET RESTRICTIONS: Sorry, no pets allowed for renters per building policy. PARKING/AMENITIES FEE: A one- time $75 parking and amenities fee is due to the Capri front desk upon check in. This fee includes ONE parking space. A second space can be purchased for $10 per night pending availability. **This fee is subject to change** WASHER/DRYER USE: You are more than welcome to use-they are brand new in 2022. Just please keep in mind they are economy size and energy efficient. This means their capacity is limited and cycles take longer than you might expect. --ONE NIGHT STAYS: may occasionally be offered depending calendar availability. Prices may be higher and one night stays will be subject to further screening before confirming, and a higher security deposit. --RENTAL AGREEMENT/VERIFICATION/SECURITY HOLD REQUIRED:After booking your reservation, you will be given a link to a "boarding pass" via EnsoConnect. You will be asked to fill in basic information such as email, phone number, asked to sign a rental agreement, and complete a security hold of $250 to finalize the booking. **THIS STEP MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE RESERVATION BEGINS** --RING DOORBELL/EXTERIOR CAMERA: A Ring doorbell that is capable of monitoring entry/exit to the unit is present. As with any ring camera, this device can potentially pick up conversations from close range. This is for security purposes only. There are NO CAMERAS INSIDE the unit. --UNIT ACCESS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: Capri Management or engineers reserve the right to access the unit if there is an emergency repair that must be made. This would only occur if absolutely necessary, and as much notice as possible will be given. -NO REFUNDS issued due to weather conditions outside of the standard cancellation policy. Please consider purchasing travelers insurance if this is a concern. In addition, no refunds or alternate accommodations are given given in the unlikely event of a power outage, however we will make every effort to help you through this situation should it arise. -SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays. DAMAGE WAIVER: Included in the price of your stay is the cost of a damage waiver of responsibility.
