Our recently remodeled guest house is nestled in the heart of Osage County countryside, all while being located less than 10 minutes from downtown Pawhuska. Artfully decorated, it features locally handmade furniture along with beautiful woodwork. Guests can enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire pit, receive a peaceful night's rest, and wake up, enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the landscape. The space is located on our property along with our main residence as well as our animals. Feel free to explore our place and go say hi to our horses, Apache & Toots, and our goat, Gilbert. During summer months, you are welcome to harvest from our small garden. Once back inside, dim down the lights and kick back and relax while enjoying the HD TV complete with a Polk sound bar & subwoofer. We have multiple streaming services pre-loaded available for use! We allow pets and provide amenities for them but request that upon booking you send a short video of your pooch responding when being called as well as sitting upon command, we want to make sure they have good manners :) Guests will have their own private driveway and entrance to the residence, complete with self check-in. We live in the main house on the property and are available whenever needed. The space is in the quiet countryside but is still less than a 10-minute drive away from downtown Pawhuska. We would be more than happy to provide you with our recommendations among the myriad of options for dining, shopping, entertainment, and outdoor recreation. If you are planning on bringing three guests, be aware that the sleeping options are a queen bed with an occupancy of two as well as a fold down futon with an occupancy of one. Although a reservation with three adults is entirely possible, two adults and one child is an easier fit. That being said, we have hosted reservations of three adults who thoroughly enjoyed their time here! Also, if you need bedding for the futon with a reservation of two, please let us know and we will have it available for you.
