Other things to note -Parking passes and wristband purchase are made in welcome center upon arrival or during first available business hours (8a-4p, 7 days per week). This is SEPARATE FEE. It is not included in your total booking price. Pre-registration link is provided in the welcome guide. Parking is $25.00 per vehicle/per stay w/2 max. Guests are required to purchase wrist bands to use the common areas. $20.00 per person-purchased along with parking pass. -No golf carts/ATV's/Slingshots/Motorized scooters are allowed on the premises or parking area. -There are no dedicated parking spaces, however there are many spaces just steps away from your private entrance. -Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation. -No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee. -We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one.
