The house has a 4 bedroom, 2 bath in the main area and an attached private 1b/1bath suite! The screened in porch is ideal to spend mornings & evenings. Children's items, the fire pit (w/wood), kitchen and grill are all prepared for your easy arrival! There are 4 bedrooms on the lower level (Master = King, Bunk Beds = Full & Twin, Green Plush Room = Queen, Back Bedroom = Full) with two full bathrooms on this level. The efficiency apartment (accessed on the outside of the kitchen wall) has it's own kitchen, full bath, bedroom = queen, additional working desk area, and living room. This set-up allows for multiple families/friends to come and go within their stay for slight segregation, but allowing all to be together when desired.
