Now we have new marble bathrooms, contemporary luxurious bedrooms, granite counters, 2nd story ocean view deck, a hot tub for 7, an outdoor sink, and a shower. Pacific Beach is the perfect place to retreat for some valuable downtime. With peaceful pristine beaches and natural ocean beauty, your spirits will be renewed. Guest access There is access to the entire home including a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen. Plus, there’s a large oak dining room table that seats 12. Or, you would rather eat out? There is everything from fast food to very affordable family dining within 20 minutes. The main floor has two master bedrooms with king-size beds. One with sn en-suite and a stunning gas marble fireplace you can turn on. Upstairs there are 3 gorgeous queen-size bedrooms along with a comfy futon on the landing. There are 3 extravagant bathrooms, one has a tub. Upstairs there is a sink and mirror for teeth brushing and face washing but this is NOT the fourth bathroom since there is no toilet. Rinse off all your beach treasures in the stainless steel outdoor sink and for the fearless, there is an outdoor shower where you can see the stars and rinse off at the same time. Note: This property has no animals so if you struggle with allergies, here is your beach home! Other things to note Holidays are special and require a 4-night minimum and are $975.00 per night.
