In a small Breton village

This gîte can accommodate 9 people, as it is composed of two independent houses: one that can accommodate 7 people, the second two people; it is located in the middle of the village, near the church. Around, beautiful forests and landscapes magnified by the Arrhée mountains. Fishing, swimming and water activities are possible at Lake Guerlédan, located 10 minutes away by car. Heat pump heating. No cleaning fees unless the house is not left clean. The space Each of the two houses has its own TV with built-in Chromecast and its own washing machine. The largest house, on the ground floor, includes a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, dining area, dining room, living room, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, one of which has a baby bed: between each of them there is a shower with toilet. The 3rd bedroom, attic, includes 3 single beds. Finally, in the small house, which can accommodate 2 people, there is a living room with dining area/kitchen, shower with toilet, and an upstairs bedroom with a double bed. Guest access Possibility to park in front of the gate of the house (3 cars can be parked) or in the free parking lot of the village located in front. Other things to note In the house for 7 people, the staircase that distributes the attic room with 3 single beds, narrows at the top on 3 steps with a passage of 45 cm, but is not dangerous. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge: beds are ready upon guests' arrival. No cleaning fees if the house is left clean.
