Welcome to Seabrook and Sweet Buttercup cottage located in the Farm District next to the Windgate Barn! The space This cozy, dog-friendly cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything that you need to relax, restore and make memories! You will love the cheerful yellow accents that will feel like little rays of sunshine. Front porch features Adirondack chairs and a table so you can have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or glass of wine in the evening under the sparkling lights. On the back of the house, you can find two more chairs and a fire pit where you can enjoy making s'mores. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you need to cook up a storm on those rainy days or even bake cupcakes. Cupcake tins are in the cupboard above the stove. Dining table seats up to 4 and in summer you can move your dining out to the outdoor table in the yard. The living area has a gas fireplace (Fireplace currently unavailable) and 50- inch TV so you can cozy up on a large sectional couch and watch your favorite movie, read a book, flip through pages of magazines while having a glass of wine. There are plenty of sleeping options too. primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and extra blankets in the closet. In the loft, you will find a queen bed and a day bed that can sleep a couple or your not so little kids. The loft can function as a quiet retreat to relax and read or watch a movie or as a kids' place with board games, a 55-inch smart TV, a and high speed internet for your kids favorite game console (please bring your own so they can enjoy their favorite games and play with their friends). Come and enjoy this cozy cottage and enjoy the peacefulness of the Farm District. Tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts and Horseshoe Park are right around the corner. Seabrook's downtown and sandy beaches are just a short walk or bike ride away. Other things to note All Seabrook Hospitality guests are welcome to check out complementary equipment from The Dugout at the Sunrise Pool. Ask the pool attendant for assistance to be on your way to planning all kinds of games year-round! Items available for check out include, Badminton rackets, Bocce ball, Cornhole, Soccer balls, Horseshoes, Big Jenga and so much more. Please obtain a free parking pass from Guest Services when parking on the street. A rental agreement will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival date. It will need to be signed prior to check-in. Vehicle Charging Stations are located in the parking lot on Parkview Lane.
