Our property is located on Hyco Lake and is conveniently located near Roxboro, VIR, Caesars Casino in Danville, VA. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space **Please Note:** Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement in accordance with the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act. **This property is not pet-friendly.** Welcome to Our Point of View on Hyco Lake Nestled on the serene shores of Hyco Lake, *Our Point of View* is a beautiful three-level lakefront retreat conveniently located near Roxboro, VIR (Virginia International Raceway), and Danville, VA. Whether you're here for rest or recreation, this centrally located home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning lake views. **Main Level (Middle Floor):** This level features two comfortable bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room. Step out onto the spacious deck overlooking a semi-shaded backyard, the cove, and the private boathouse—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. **Upper Level:** The top floor includes an additional private bedroom, ideal for guests seeking extra space or privacy. **Lower Level:** The ground level offers a large family room with a TV and fireplace, a laundry room, a bedroom with twin beds, and a full bathroom. Double doors open to a patio and backyard with easy access to the lake and dock. **Guest Access:** Guests have full access to the home and property, with the exception of a locked owner's closet in the master bedroom. While the owner's boat is not available for use, we’re happy to assist with third-party pontoon rentals upon request. **Property Management:** Our team is readily available via Airbnb, phone, or email to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. **Neighborhood & Location:** Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with paved road access, the home has neighbors on either side but still maintains a sense of privacy. Onsite parking is available—please note the garage is not available for guest use. Once your boat is in the water, you're less than two minutes from the marina and positioned on one of the busiest and most desirable parts of the lake. Enjoy the convenience of being less than two minutes from Buoy’s Restaurant at the Hyco Lake Marina and directly across from the Person/Caswell County Lake Authority and Campground. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house/grounds with the exception of an owner's closet located in the master bedroom. Also, guests will not have access to the owner's boat located in the dock slip. However, if a guest would like to rent a pontoon during their stay, we can assist you with a 3rd party rental. Other things to note Our Point of View is located less than two minutes from Buoy's Restaurant at Hyco Lake Marina, which is directly across the road leading to the Person/Caswell County Lake Authority and Campground.
