This updated and spacious home accommodates up to 6 guests and is kid and pet-friendly. We pride ourselves on having meticulously clean vacation homes and top-notch local management to make your stay exceptional. The space The home welcomes you with a spacious open-concept layout. The living room, dining room, and kitchen all open to easily create a feeling of living large and plenty of space to entertain. The living room has a smart TV with streaming apps and cable channels. The dining table fits 6 and is open to the fully-stocked kitchen. Off of the living room, there are two bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen bed and a built in bunk bed with two twin beds. The second bedroom has one queen bed and office desk and chair. In between these bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We provide fresh linens and soaps for our guests along with a hair dryer. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen and back door that leads to a salt-water hot tub that is professionally sanitized before each stay. There is also a patio and firepit, and access to two free off-street parking spaces off of the back alley. This home has been completely renovated in the past couple of years - new drywall, plumbing, electrical, floors, kitchen and appliances. You'd never guess it was built in 1925! But the charm still remains. Guest access Guests are able to access the entire home and outdoor areas: front, side, and backyards. Guests have full access the in the inside of the home except for a small locked housekeeping storage closet in the hallway. Guest Parking: Guests may park in the 2 uncovered off street parking spaces off of the alley or parallel in front of the garage. There are also 1-2 parking spots in the front of the home that are on-street parking but subject to availability. The garage is for homeowner use only at this time. Other things to note Completion of a Rental Agreement, including guest verification, is required for all bookings before check-in instructions are released.
