A short walk (600mts) to the beach + town (1k) Close to local pubs + shops with a Chinese takeaway next-door THIS IS A NO SMOKING PREMISES, not even in the small courtyard No carbon dioxide detector as no carbonaceous burn STRICT QUIET TIME 10PM-8AM The heating is controlled from the owners Apartment on the 1st floor No partying, or same sex groups over 3 unless prior contact made No candles, No glitter, No fake tan, No BBQ's allowed Children ARE allowed, prior contact with owner needed The space PLEASE READ ALL THE HOUSE POLICIES PRIOR TO BOOKING, A fully functioning bathroom. A bath but NO shower. A fully fitted Kitchen with a free standing oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, steamer, glasses etc. Bedroom with one double bed, 2 x wardrobes, 1 x 5 draw chest of drawers. 2 x bed-settees, one in the second sitting room and one in the dining area. Large American fridge freezer, dinning room table with 6 chairs. Coffee tables, hi-fi unit, flat screen tv, rear private court-yard. Guest access You have your own entrance through the set of French doors at the front (unlock the left door 1st) the key-safe is directly to the left of the French doors. With another set of French doors at the rear of the apartment leading to a private court-yard. Other things to note As mentioned in the listing, the heating is controlled from upstairs, message or call the host for any alterations required. Please request the host to alter the heating if needed. The host insists on a STRICT quiet after 10pm at night and before 8am, as they live upstairs and are shift workers. Children ARE allowed but prior contact is needed with the owner. (the reason it's not ticked on the site is because the conditions that they want in place prior are quite difficult, just contact me to discuss if you want) No party groups, or same sex groups over 3 unless prior contact made. QUIET TIME IS 10PM-8AM. No candles, No glitter, No fake tan as this stains, No BBQ's allowed. IF BOOKED FOR 2 GUESTS THEN IT IS ASSUMED ONLY ONE BED IS NEEDED, IF SEPARATE BEDDING IS REQUIRED FOR THE 2ND PERSON THEN THERE WILL BE AN ADDITION CHARGE OF £10. IF BOOKED FOR 3 GUESTS THEN IT IS ASSUMED ONLY TWO BED ARE NEEDED, IF SEPARATE BEDDING IS REQUIRED FOR A 3RD PERSON [to sleep on the large leather settee] THEN THERE WILL BE AN ADDITION CHARGE OF £10. If any additional bedding is required for any reason then there will be an additional charge of £10.
