Other things to note The home does not have air conditioning or cable TV. However, you can enjoy streaming TV over the home's internet connection. Please be aware that cell phone reception is limited or unavailable, but if your phone plan includes WiFi calling, you can make calls using the home's internet. The property is located on CO Highway 72, which makes it easily accessible, but you may notice some noise from the road. The driveway may be challenging for some to drive up, especially for larger vehicles, which might have to reverse down as there isn't enough space to turn around at the top. There is space for one vehicle at the top of the driveway and additional parking for other vehicles about 30 yards down the driveway. Pets and smoking are not allowed on the property. Due to local regulations, the maximum number of people allowed to stay overnight is 4, even though the home has enough beds to sleep up to 8.
