Quietly located in an exceptional setting, this former mill can accommodate up to 17 people for a stay with family or friends. Perfectly equipped, you will enjoy its 2 spas in the beautiful garden crossed by a small stream. A 10-minute walk to the city center of Pont-l'Abbé and its many shops, as well as a 10-minute drive to the beaches of La Torche, Loctudy, Ile-Tudy, Sainte-Marine. In the immediate vicinity you will find several restaurants as well as the cinema. The space Le Moulin d'Hascoët is composed of two independent accommodations. The first accommodation consists of a living room with wood stove, kitchen open to dining room and living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. In the living room, 3 extra beds (1 double and 1 single with real mattresses). The second: on the ground floor, a living room with wood stove including a kitchen, living room, dining room, a cellar, a toilet, a bedroom and a veranda overlooking a beautiful terrace with direct view of the stream. Upstairs, a master suite with shower room, a children's bedroom with 6 beds (2 double bunk beds, two single beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, children can play in a tree house, with swings, slide or on the basketball court. In the heart of the garden, a second terrace allows you to enjoy the green setting in the shade of the trees. A deposit of €1000 is required before check-in. It will be returned no later than 7 days after checkout.
