All the attractions that put this vacation destination on the map are at your fingertips when booking a beach rental at Summer Place. The space Enjoy the simple pleasures of beach vacationing as you drive into a covered parking area at the resort. If your arrival happens to coincide with a coastal summer cloudburst, you will appreciate the dry transition from your car to your condo. When you unlock the door of Summer Place A11, the children will likely dash for a bed to claim while you check out the convenient appliances that are going to make your vacation a true break. A dishwasher, washer, and dryer all make the daily tasks easier. The resort has your littlest vacationer in mind, too. A portable crib and a high chair in the condo mean you need not pack those extra-bulky baby items, leaving more room for boogie boards and beach chairs. And you will not need to walk very far with that beach equipment as you claim your patch of South Carolina sand. Since Summer Place A11 is an oceanfront rental, you need only to step outside the resort and find yourself on the South Carolina shore. Head right to the surf or enjoy splashing in the oceanfront pool before embracing the waves. Your North Myrtle Beach days will be filled with fun and relaxation as you let the tide plan your itinerary. All you have to do is move your lounging site up or down as the waves advance and recede throughout the day. When you are ready to call it a day, rinse off the Atlantic sand at the outdoor shower outside the resort. You will appreciate being able to escort clean children back to your vacation condo. The two-bedroom, two-bath rental will provide for all your needs as you get ready for an authentic South Carolina seafood dinner out in town. North Myrtle Beach has a restaurant genre for all sorts of taste buds, even the picky ones. When you turn in for the night, a last tryst with sea can be had as you admire the windy shore from your oceanfront balcony. No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guest will check-in at our rental office to collect key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are a range between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm on summer Saturdays). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in.
