This new guesthouse is equipped with a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, a cozy family room and a modern two sink bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a compact washer/dryer unit. This is NOT a basement but a garden level private guesthouse. You will enjoy your own entrances in the front and back. The garage separates the main home from the guesthouse. There is ample parking and room for an RV, boat or trailer. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring one. The gourmet kitchen has all full sized appliances - refrigerator, range, dishwasher, oven, microwave. There is everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or feast on take out. We have an inviting private patio in back for our guests. It is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor sofas, and a dining table. A great way to start your day with a morning cup of coffee or finish up your day with wine and appetizers. We strive to give you all the amenities you might find at home. Comfortable beds, quality linens, stocked kitchen and privacy. Feel free to inquire if there is something that we missed. You have full access to the guesthouse and parking on the premises. Private entrance in front and back. This acre+ property has a large back yard. We live in the main house on the property and are quiet and respectful. We are available to answer any of your questions and offer recommendations to make your stay memorable.
