My place is close to it all and there are lots of outdoor activities -surfing, swimming, beach, nightlife. You’ll love the ocean view Rooftop for sunset. The private pool is great fro relaxing. The house is great for large groups as there is a Lot of space to spread out, first floor living room & tv lounge, 2nd-floor tv/entertainment area, the 3rd-floor rooftop bar area, front deck and the beach and community pool are a one minute walk. All the rooms are very spacious as well, enjoy!! The space This is the ideal house for families and large groups that want space and comfort. There are many areas in the house to spread out: - first floor - front patio, family room with tv, living room lounge area, dining area and open kitchen, 1/2 bath, and 1 queen bedroom with full bathroom. - second floor - There is a second family room with TV and couch. The main bedroom has a king bedroom with deluxe private bathroom with shower and free standing tub. This opens to the office. There are 2 additional rooms on the second floor, one has 1 queen, and the other bedroom three has 1 queen and a bunk - these 2 rooms have a full bath beside them. - third floor - experience great ocean views and seating area for sunset and for checking out the waves. Guest access They have access to the house, beach front community pool and bar across the street - the beach access is 60 seconds from the house. The food at the bar/restaurant is great!
