Relax on the porch and enjoy the tranquility of Fleetwood with privacy, yet convenient location to nearby towns. The cozy barn is private, with only one other vacation cabin in sight. A perfect place to get away! The Berry Barn has 2 bedrooms. Master King bedroom with en suite full bathroom and large closet. Second room is spacious with a king bed. Another full bath with full size washer and dryer are located down the hall. Fully stocked kitchen, and open dining area and living room with a great mountain view! Front porch is equipped with a grill and lounger chairs, and back porch is ready with rockers and a picnic table. There is no cable, however there is wifi available. There are Smart TV's in the house, which you are welcome to log on to your streaming services through the wifi. Pet friendly, with a $50 per pet fee. 4WD / AWD recommended in Winter. The Berry Barn is private, with one other vacation cabin nearby. Host is local, and can be reached by text, call, or email. The Berry Barn is located off of Windy Hill Road, near the New River access. A great place to float or kayak on the New River. There is a walking path down to a creek on the lower part of the property. The Berry Barn is located 15 minutes from downtown West Jefferson - which has shopping, resturants, breweries, a movie theater, and the famous Ashe County Cheese store. Downtown Boone is only 25 minutes away. There is plenty to do in the small town that hosts Appalachian State University. The Blue Ridge Parkway is easily accessible with a 20 minute drive. The hiking and sightseeing possibilities are endless from there! Please note The Berry Barn is pet friendly, with a $50 per pet fee.
