No grills are allowed on the balcony. Guest access No access is granted without a rental agreement being signed by guest and approved by Coastal Waves Vacations - even if paid in full. We require your mailing address, names and ages of all individuals staying at the home, and vehicle information. Early check-ins are offered at no addition fee but can only be guaranteed the day prior to arrival. We will let you know if the home will be available early. If you do not hear from us, feel to head to the island to enjoy the beach or island attractions until check-in time. Normal check-out is by 11 am on your day of departure without incurring a fee. We are sorry, we are not able to offer late check-outs. We need the time to prep the home before the next guests’ arrival. Other things to note The complex features two pools (one heated is heated), an outdoor grilling & picnic area, and a fitness center. Please note the complex amenities are managed by the condo association and we as the management company have no control over the amenities or elevatos and therefore cannot guarantee their operation.
