Our river paradise is waiting for the whole family

Less than 5 min from the water and the London Bridge you can find yourself in our quaint home with a private pool and all the amenities you need to have a fantastic vacation in the absolutely gorgeous Lake Havasu City. Walking distance to the famous McCulloch BLVD and downtown sites, restaurants, bars and nightclubs ensure no matter what you're looking for from your trip we can accommodate your stay. Backyard and pool area are sure to cool you off on even the hottest days AZ has to offer! The space The home has been in our family for years and this is the first time we have shared it with anyone. Please ask any questions at all as we are indeed new to this. Pease keep in mind we are happy to have your feedback but please reach out directly first if there are any issues at all. We have also recently added EXTERIOR ONLY cameras for vandalism and security. Thank you Guest access Access the house from the front or rear with keyed access to either. Master has a separate door through sunroom that leads to the rear pool and dining area. In this area you will find a small fire pit that you are welcome to use but please keep it small and with clean wood only, no trash, metal, or glass. If you should break these rules additional cleaning fees may apply. This area is where the pool is... We do allow families but please TAKE NOTE that we do NOT have any additional precautions for small child safety around the pool or in the home. Please be advised we very much welcome small children but we aren't responsible if something may happen as the result of an accident. We do offer games, pool toys etc for our wonderful guests to use though. Other things to note While the garage isn't huge we also have RV/Trailer parking on the side yard large enough for vehicles, small boats, and small trailers.
