The space This bright open-plan ecohouse features high beamed ceilings, parquet flooring and a clean, minimalist design that blends modern comfort with natural materials. The interior includes: a low double bed (160x200 cm) fully equipped kitchen bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, bidet and basin reading area and workspace Large windows fill the space with natural light and connect the interior to the surrounding countryside. Designed with sustainability and comfort in mind, the ecohouse naturally stays cool and well-ventilated thanks to its insulation and airflow design. Most guests enjoy a comfortable indoor climate without the need for air conditioning. For added comfort during peak summer days, air conditioning is available on request. The ecohouse opens onto a large private patio with shaded dining and seating areas, perfect for long outdoor meals, reading or simply enjoying the silence. Guests can also enjoy barbecue facilities, wide open countryside views, spectacular sunsets and clear night skies filled with stars. Guest access Guests share the panoramic swimming pool and private parking with two other independent apartments on the property. A few practical notes: • The final 1.5 km to the farmhouse is an unpaved country road, suitable for all vehicles when driven slowly. • Swimming towels are not provided. • The nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive away in Casole d'Elsa, so we recommend shopping before arrival. • A popular, good value local restaurant is just 5 minutes away.
