On the top floor, there are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with double beds, all with direct access to a 20 m² open terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the house is fully equipped for a relaxing vacation, with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a Smart TV, bathrooms with towels and a washing machine, and bed linens. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking spaces for 2 vehicles are free of charge. The owner lives in a semi-detached house on the opposite side, has a separate entrance and parking, and does not share any space or view with guests, so guests have complete privacy. Guest access Easy accsses by car from the main motorway ( Istrian Y) - exit Vodnjan is 8 km away. Pula airport is 15 km away ( Valtura ). Bus and train connections from Vodnjan - 8 km away. Other things to note The car is required - there is no public transportation available.
