Welcome to the Casa Del Rio located directly along Pacific City's wild and scenic Nestucca River and also within walking distance to beach access. Close to restaurants, kayak and surf rentals. Come stay at the Casa Del Rio where you will find a backyard retreat with a fire pit, propane BBQ and plenty of seating for everyone to experience the simplicity of life next to the water's edge. Lounge in the sun on the lawn or enjoy the deck. The space Once inside, the sweeping river view feels as if you're on the water. There is a bright open living room, dining and kitchen floor plan that allows all to gather and share beautiful moments. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a smart TV in the living room. There are two bedrooms, both with a king size beds and a full bath located on the upper level. You will also find another smart TV in one of the upper bedrooms. On the lower level you will find the third bedroom with a river view, a twin size bunk bed plus a queen size bed, TV, a full bath, and a full size laundry room. The Casa Del Rio is equipted with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Also located on the lower level is mud room which opens out to the backyard and has a mini refrigerator to keep your drinks cold. Only 1-1/2 blocks to beach access and miles of white sand is an added bonus. Shift your frame of mind and stay for a weekend or stay a week. The Casa Del Rio awaits. Pet fee is per pet, per stay. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house our garage unless in a kennel. Pet limit is 2 pets.
