Abbey Lodge, Llandudno is a charming, mid-19th century, Grade II-listed seaside townhouse in the heart of Llandudno. Formerly a guesthouse for many years, we’ve completely renovated it, inside and out; it’s now an undisputedly high-end property, tastefully and harmoniously presented with classic, traditional Victorian styling but with all the bells and whistles you’d expect of a modern, luxury holiday home. The space The pretty, neo-Gothic frontage of Abbey Lodge is almost cottagey, but step inside and you realise that there is more than enough space to accommodate 10+ guests. Downstairs has three reception rooms: a TV room with 60-inch Samsung Art Frame TV, a chill-out sitting room with log burner, books and board games, and a dining room with a vast table which is plenty big enough to seat everybody. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen with adjoining garden/breakfast room, and a utility room with laundry facilities along with a loo and large sink. The house also offers a Sonos wireless/bluetooth stereo system throughout the ground floor. On the first floor are four individually designed, beautifully presented en-suite bedrooms – a king, a double and two twins – while the top floor with its quirky king-size bedroom is almost its own ‘loft style’ master suite, complete with family bathroom and a children’s playroom (equipped with a futon) which can also double as a dressing room/child’s bedroom. All bathrooms have heated Italian porcelain floors, together with heated towel rails, anti-mist mirrors with Bluetooth speakers, and pressurised power showers (because nobody wants to go on holiday and have a disappointing shower!). We're also delighted to provide luxury British perfume house Penhaligon's toiletries in each bathroom for our guests to enjoy Outside, at the rear, you’ll find a spacious patio area with an outside kitchen, the all-important hot tub, lovely landscaped gardens with an upper sun terrace and seating area, and dedicated parking for up to four vehicles – a welcome rarity in this part of town. A good housekeeping bond of £800 is payable in advance, returnable after your stay subject to satisfactory sign-off by our housekeeping team. We can’t accommodate stag or hen parties – sorry.
